Filagnotti is made of Cortese grapes from vineyards in the Tassarolo village, with full south-western exposure. The soil is made of red clay. Vinification and ageing in acacia vats. This results in a full bodied wine, soft and rich in extracts with a typical almond nose, net and persistent. Excellent for the whole meal, this wine needs to be served at cellar temperature and doesn’t disdain to be aged.
No sulphites added.
