Cascina degli Ulivi - biodynamic italian wines

montemarino - monferrato bianco doc

Montemarino is one of the highest hilss of Gavi region, in the village of Tassarolo. At the top of the hill, on limestone soils, with a magical southern exposure, there is an old vineyard. Its grapes are harvested when well ripe, macerated for 3 days and fermented in oak.

The wine, aged for at least one year, has a very distinctive nose and is elegant and generous.
